Rightvybe Ltd: Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the rightvybe app (“App”), platform, services, and website.
By registering with rightvybe Limited (“rightvybe,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you (the “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, contact us at help@rightvybe.com. rightvybe Limited is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15830298, with its registered office at 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 6EB.
Key Terms Overview
- Purchases of Digital Gift Cards: Transactions for digital gift cards are final and cannot be cancelled.
- Reward Expirations: Cashback Points expire after 12 months; Bonus Cashback Points expire after 6 months.
- Monthly Vybe Collection: Vybes are collected monthly and reset to zero at the start of each new month.

1. Rightvybe Services
rightvybe enables users to purchase digital gift cards from various retailers through our App. Eligible purchases may earn Cashback Points or Bonus Cashback Points, as detailed within the App.
Digital gift cards purchased through rightvybe may be subject to restrictions imposed by the issuing retailer. It is your responsibility to review these restrictions before purchasing.
We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or continued validity of third-party retailer terms.
While we strive to maintain accurate information, errors in cashback or gift card details may occur. rightvybe reserves the right to correct such errors and notify affected users.
The App requires the latest software updates to function optimally. Users are responsible for ensuring their operating system and App version are up to date.
Additional information about our services can be found within the App, on our website, or in communications sent to registered users.
2. Account Registration
Users must create an account to access rightvybe’s services. Account eligibility requirements include:
- Minimum age of 18
- Residency in the UK with a valid UK phone number
- Accurate and up-to-date account information
Users are limited to one account each. rightvybe reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
3. Purchasing Digital Gift Cards
Orders for digital gift cards may be rejected for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Inability to verify the user’s age or residency
- Technical issues or unavailability of the requested gift card
Upon successful payment, digital gift cards will be delivered to the user’s account within minutes. Contact help@rightvybe.com if delivery does not occur within 2 hours.
Faulty digital gift cards are eligible for refunds or replacements. Refund eligibility is subject to the terms of the issuing retailer.
When you buy a digital gift card, you can pay using Open Banking, Google Pay, or Apple Pay or such other payment methods as we may make available from time to time. All purchases earn you at least 0.5% cashback, no matter which payment method you use.
If you use certain payment methods, e.g. Open Banking, we may offer additional cashback on your purchase and we will confirm such additional cashback at the time of purchase. See Section 4 for more on how cashback is earned and redeemed.
4. Cashback Points and Vybes
Cashback Points:
- Awarded as a percentage of the digital gift card value.
- Expire 12 months after issuance if not redeemed.
- Redeemable for cash or additional gift cards upon reaching a minimum threshold of 1,000 cashback points (£10 value).
Bonus Cashback Points:
- Granted for promotional activities, such as referral scheme or first-time purchases.
- Expire after 6 months.
Vybes:
- In parallel to your earned cashback points, “vybe” is a reward currency in the form of feel-good points.
- Like your cashback points, vybes are not money and hold no value in the rightvybe app.
- Vybes are earned at a flat rate of 30 vybes (£0.03) per purchase.
- Vybes are collected by rightvybe at the end of each month, at which point a user’s vybe tally will reset to 0.
- Vybes exist for the sole purpose of being collected by rightvybe, and then converted into donations that go to our A.C.E. Pledge.
- Our A.C.E. Pledge consists of charity partners across the categories of animal, children and environment.
- Vybes are not included as part of cashback earnings.
rightvybe reserves the right to suspend or revoke points and vybes in cases of suspected misuse.
5. Changes to Services
rightvybe may modify its services or these Terms at any time to comply with legal requirements or enhance user experience. Users will be notified of upcoming changes in advance.
Users must install updates to continue using the App. Failure to do so may result in service limitations.
6. Limitation of Liability
rightvybe is not responsible for losses resulting from:
- Technical issues, including downtime or inaccuracies in gift card availability.
- User errors, such as incorrect account or payment details.
- Actions by third-party retailers, including card expirations or business closures.
rightvybe’s liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question, except in cases of death, injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
7. Termination
Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting help@rightvybe.com or through the App. Termination will result in the forfeiture of unredeemed points.
rightvybe reserves the right to terminate accounts for inactivity (12 months without purchase), suspected fraud, or abuse of our services. Users will be notified about their inactivity, and our intention to terminate the account, one week prior to termination.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England. Disputes may be resolved in the courts of England or the user’s country of residence within the UK.

9. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on this website and within the App, including but not limited to the site and App design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and the proprietary reward currency known as vybe, are the intellectual property of rightvybe Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The name rightvybe, the rightvybe logos, the slogan “Rewarding you and the world around us,” and the vybe reward currency are trademarks and/or service marks owned by rightvybe Ltd. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content found on this website or App without the prior written consent of rightvybe Ltd.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or license to any of our intellectual property. Unauthorised use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and may result in legal consequences.

10. Rightvybe Charity Rewards Scheme and Financial Regulations
10.1 Overview of the Scheme
rightvybe’s rewards programme provides customers with “vybes” (points) when they make qualifying purchases. Each vybe is nominally equivalent to £0.001 (i.e., 30 vybes = £0.03). Vybes collected by customers are not redeemable by customers themselves. Instead, on a monthly basis, rightvybe aggregates all vybes accumulated by all customers and makes a direct donation to partner charities, based on the total value of these vybes.
11. Payment Services
11.1 Definition:
Under the Payment Services Regulations 2017 (“PSRs”), regulated “payment services” include executing and processing payment transactions, issuing payment instruments, and/or money remittance between parties.
11.2–11.7 Application to the Scheme:
- No payment order from customers: The customer never instructs rightvybe to make nor receives payment. They are passive recipients of vybes, not active senders or recipients of funds.
- No funds transfer on customer instruction: Donations are made by rightvybe to charities, at its own discretion, based on aggregated vybe totals, and not in fulfilment of any customer payment instruction or remittance.
- No service of paying funds on for customers: The payment from rightvybe to partner charities does not involve holding or transferring funds on a customer’s behalf, nor can customers direct where or how the payment is made.
- Reward mechanism, not payment facilitation: The vybes are a record-keeping/loyalty mechanism for charitable donations, and do not function as a payment instrument or channel for customer-initiated financial transfers.
Conclusion: rightvybe is not providing regulated payment services, since at no stage does it execute or process payments on behalf of customers, nor does it issue or acquire payment instruments. The payment activity involves rightvybe’s own funds and discretion.
12. Electronic Money (E-Money)
12.1 Definition:
Under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (“EMRs”), “electronic money” means monetary value stored electronically, representing a claim on the issuer, which is issued on receipt of funds for the purpose of making payment transactions to persons other than the issuer.
12.2–12.7 Application to the Scheme:
- No claim on the issuer: Customers accrue vybes, but these do not represent a monetary claim that customers themselves can redeem or withdraw against rightvybe.
- Not issued in exchange for funds: Customers do not purchase vybes with money; vybes are awarded as loyalty points following qualifying purchases.
- Not used for payment transactions: Vybes cannot be used by customers to make payments to third parties, nor can they be redeemed by customers or transferred between users.
- Purpose: Their sole function is to signal how much rightvybe will donate to charities on customers’ behalf.
Conclusion: Vybes are reward points and do not constitute electronic money, as they are not redeemable by the customer, do not create a customer claim, are not issued in exchange for money, and are not used for general payment or transfer.
13. Summary
- The term “new reward currency” in reference to vybes is marketing terminology.
- Customers have no right to redeem or transfer vybes for money or goods.
- Vybes do not represent a customer-held monetary balance nor a claim on the issuer, nor do they facilitate or constitute payment transactions between customers and third parties.
- The scheme operates as a customer-facing loyalty/engagement mechanism, with rightvybe making periodic donations to designated charities as the principal decision-maker, not as a payment service provider.
- Therefore, the scheme does not involve the issuance of electronic money or the provision of payment services within the meaning of the EMRs or PSRs.
- Both points and vybes do not involve regulated activities, payment services or crypto assets.
14. Additional Provisions
rightvybe reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation.
Users will be notified of such transfers and will be allowed to terminate their account if they object to the transfer.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
